Placing an order with Hassle Free Flooring is fast and easy! Once you have found your product, simply call us at 1-800-236-4742 you will be connected to one of our support specialists who will assist you with your order. We will collect your name, address, shipping address if different. What product or products you would like and how much. Finally we will collect your payment information and email you a receipt once your order has been processed. We will arrange shipment for your product and keep you informed all along the way. If we should encounter any issues with your order after it has been placed we will notify you as soon as possible.

  1. How long does it take to receive an order?

All orders will be processed within the following business day. Lead times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so please be sure to check the product page for information on individual items. Please allow for 7-12 business days for shipping unless your product is backordered from the manufacturer.

  1. Will I be notified of my order status?

Yes! Hassle Free Flooring continually updates you on your order status through emails sent to the email address you provide. As soon as you place your order, you can expect to receive an email confirmation. 

  1. Are samples available?

Yes! Samples are available for all of our flooring products. To place your sample order, simply click on the “Add Sample to Cart” button found on the product page.

  1. How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be provided with an order ID number. You will also receive an email confirmation showing your order ID number along with all of the details of your order. Note: please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the checkout process. This allows us to keep you informed of your order status.

A sales tax of 5 to 5.6% is charged only to orders with a billing or shipping address within the state of Wisconsin. Taxes are applied respective to the address of where the order is placed.

Hassle Free Flooring ships to locations throughout Wisconsin. We also work with partner carriers to deliver products throughout the continental United States. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii we love you but we can’t get products to you in reliable fashion as of yet.

  1. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

Yes. If your delivery address is different than that of your payment address we are able to arrange shipment for you. Please let your customer service representative know that you would like to do this and they will arrange your delivery to the address you’ve provided.
