RETURN POLICY

Hassle-Free Flooring
Returns must be made within 14 days of when you receive the product.  Items must be returned in new and unused condition.  Credit will not be issued for any opened merchandise.  Used or opened tools, if verified to be defective, can be exchanged but not returned for purchase price within 14 days of purchase.  However, there are some items that are non-returnable.  Hassle-Free Flooring does not accept discontinued products or products purchased from competitive retailers.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA).  Customers must contact Hasslefreeflooring.com at 1-800-236-4742 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receiving the order.  14 days after the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized.  Please keep a copy of your original confirmation email / receipt for your records.  Hasslefreeflorring.com will require a copy of this for purchase verrification.

NOTE: We can only accept a return on four (4) cartons or more.  Hasslefreeflooring.com cannot authorize a return on less than four (4) cartons of any flooring.  All returned items are subject to a 40% restocking fee. 

Bulk Items: Product must be returned in the original container with all individual items unopened.

For orders shipped by truck (LTL), product must be on a pallet, and either shrink wrapped or strapped onto the pallet.  If the product is not properly secured to a pallet, the trucking company will not be able to pick up the product from your home/business.  For orders shipped by Fedex, items must be packaged securely for shipment.  The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs.  Please call our customer care specialists for return authorization and for any additional shipping instructions at 1-800-236-4742.  Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm.(all times Central).

After Hassle-Free Flooring receives the product, please allow 36 hours to process the return, but this time can vary.  All returns will be verified by the receiving location to verify what has been returned and that it is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.  Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the product(s).  Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 40 percent restocking fee.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty.  If you decide to cancel an order, please call our customer care specialists immediately at 1-800-236-4742.  Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm.(all times Central).

Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Hassle-Free Flooring will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.  Any items returned without return authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 40 percent restocking fee.

Refused Orders
DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT.  If your shipment arrives damaged, call our customer care center at 1-800-236-4742 immediately for assistance with getting replacements sent to you. (Please see Damages Policy).

Installed Merchandise IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Hassle-Free Flooring is not responsible for any loss or claim due to faulty installation.  It is the responsibility of the customer to validate the credentials, references, insurance and certification of installers before any work begins.  Claims for product damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product.  Thoroughly inspect all products before installation, as use will constitute acceptance.  Installed flooring cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Hassle-Free Flooring Clearance Item Return Policy IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Once tendered, all Hassle-Free Flooring Clearance Item sales are final and non-returnable. Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged for comparable product within 30 days of purchase.  Order can be cancelled on same day of purchase only.
